For the Blackberry Chicken Pizza, the video picks up after the chicken is cooked (and chopped in to bite sized pieces) and your oven is preheated to 375 ° . If you don’t have a Publix nearby to purchase the regular or whole wheat dough (I paid only $2.79), I recommend this easy recipe. Once the pizza has been served, you can pour a little balsamic vinegar on your slices for a moist and delicious bite.
Here’s the video you’ve been waiting for. Try it out and let me know what you think.
Toye’s soon-to-be-famous Greek Salad
1 head Lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces ((I use both Romaine and Radicchio – the purple stuff)
3 large plum tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 English cucumber, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 medium red onion, cut into strips and washed in water so you don’t burn your eyes
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

I opt for recipes from scratch, like the one I followed, here. Homemade cookies will taste so much better and you aren’t really saving much time with a box mix. Once you finish preparing the dough, add your food coloring until you reach the desired color you’d like your cookies to be. I don’t normally recommend food coloring as a normal part of one’s diet, but I think it’s OK for special occasions. I wanted vibrant, 80’s ish colors, if you will, so I went with Betty Crocker’s Neon Food Coloring. The super fun part of course, was the DEEECCCORRRATTTING!! YEEEAAHH! We used Wilton’s Sparkle Gel which I DO believe they created just for people like me who love everything that sparkles. INCLUDING FOOD!! We also used Wilton’s FoodWriter markers to draw. That’s how Melissa was able to do her cute lil’ puppy on her cookie. I’m the one who made the “Thanks Toye” cookie. JKJK Come on now?! Why would I do that.
